New years resolution – training!

Decided to give your look a new edge?
Time to burn off some of last years excess?
All you need is one ounce of selfwill
then choose an activity,
your own preferred treadmill!

Could it be membership at your local gym?
A couple of lengths if you prefer a swim?
Start walking, jogging or sporting a pair of boxing gloves?
Or mix your own cocktail, if nothing appeals from the above.

No matter which path you decide to take,
just 15 mins of exercise will make you feel great!
